    Need recipe for Baked Rice Pudding-anyone have a real good one?

    HI, Wondering if anyone can help me. My Mother made the Best baked rice pudding, and try as I might, I can not find a recipe that is "As-Good" as hers. My Mom did not tell me the recipe or write it down and is now passed. Does anyone have one I can try?
