7 wk old polish standard and frizzle opinions?

I have two 7 week old polish, one is standard and the other is a frizzle. I’m pretty sure the standard is a cockerel. The frizzle? I really don’t know. Opinion?

I think one of each. The smooth feathered bird is for sure a cockerel. The deeper color on his shoulders and lower back is the beginnings of male specific feathering. The frizzle is looking like a pullet so far.
