8 hens, 1 rooster & a pair of chinese guard geese

It seems like free choice with pellets and scratch has worked 98%.

I dont want to give them scraps. But I do give veggies and such when they go soft but not moldy. Never meat or sugar or grease etc.

What can I suppliment them with besides cooked brown rice. Veggies etc.

Why not meat scraps?

Chickens are not in any way vegetarians in nature and the extra protein is good for them.

I'm not sure. I guess I just assumed meat or poultry etc would make the eggs taste different. Of course I'm basing this on hear say.

So i should just toss the turkey carcass in the pen tomorrow morning? The two Chinese geese seem to be troubke makers. I wasn't sure if the cartilage or bones would hurt them too as they grab twist and pull vs just pecking

I don't know anything about geese. Chickens love a carcass.

Maybe ask about the geese on the goose section of the forums?
