A tiny least weasel in my hen house & yard ! How to get rid of it?

I noticed a total lack of mouse activity lately- now I know why. I entered the hen yard just as a snow white, very small(7-8 inches) weasel sprinted under the henhouse. YOWZA. Just twice as long as our local chipmunks but the most voracious of predators. Any ideas on how to catch and relocate? My 6 old bantams don't need this kind of deadly house mate! Thanks for your consideration.

Ya could try a small live trap baited with a piece of raw meat. I used a piece of bloody liver and it worked great
