Abandoned baby chick

Another question from a newbie. I had my 3 older chicks out with our rooster and 3 other loose older chicks that spend most of their time in our yard.

I heard a peeping distressed call, but everyone was accounted for. The peeping continued for over an hour, so I finally looked out to the field next to our yard. I saw a tiny poof Stumbling around. It’s the smallest chick I’ve ever seen. So I think the hen may have left it on purpose.

I got it to eat and drink. But I think it’s much too tiny to be around my other chicks.they can already almost fly. So now I have this line baby in my bathroom. It just keeps crying.

I know there’s not much I can do but hope it survives. It was cold when I picked it up, but has warmed up now.

When can I introduce it to the other chicks? We finished the coop with hardware mesh covering every inch, so hopefully rats won’t continue to be an issue.

Bellow is a picture of the chick and the other three we have. The rooster is pretty much an adult and has never been cooped.

Thank you for all the helpful advice.
