Another pullet or cockeral? Partridge Cochin

This is supposed to be a female partridge cochin about 10 weeks old that I got as a chick. For the longest time it was much smaller than the ither breeds but has recently caught up and is still smaller than my Orpington but equal or larger than other breeds. She's looking a little dark lately and her feathers were more partridge like 2 weeks ago.
