I have a chick that hatched a few days ago that can’t seem to walk properly. He has one leg toward the front and one toward the back and his foot to the front is larger and seems to be full of fluid. He doesn’t open his foot either, it stays closed like he is being held all the time. He’s been getting extra care due to other problems, right now I’ve been giving him Pedialyte and sugar water from a syringe and he seems to be better than before. He also has trouble breathing, but seems to be getting a little better.

What does the joint look like, can you get a photo of the back of it?

Looks like it may be Slipped Tendon (which is NOT Splayed legged and cannot be corrected by hobbling the chick).
Slipped Tendon can be very difficult to correct if at all. Can you feel the joint and see if the tendon is slipped? Compare to the other leg or another healthy chick that is running about.
Sadly, some chicks with legs issues don't make it.

Do get some poultry vitamins that contain B2(Riboflavin) into the chick or give her 1/4tablet B-Complex daily.

You need to be Sure if the tendon is slipped before you do any splinting, wrapping, etc. Get someone to help you with this (a parent, friend, neighbor, spouse, etc.).
