Bantam Hatching Eggs in UK

Hi there,

I am based in Witney in Oxfordshire, UK.

I have my first broody bantam and would like to stick half a dozen eggs under her to see what happens.

Can anyone help please?

There is not much you need help with

Just put the eggs under her. She may growl (like mine did). In about 5 days, go out at night with a flashlight and candle the eggs to see if they are fertile and growing. You will see faint red veins if they are good.

Not much else you have to do!

But I need to buy some eggs first. I have no cockerel so none of her eggs would be fertile.
