Buff brahmas can be tricky, but I would say yes, that is looking very much male.

Definite cockerel. That deeper coloring on his shoulders gives it away, and also the big red comb. He's a beaut.

I kept hoping he was a hen. Of course I get 2 Roos out of the 3 straight run chicks I bought lol I should have known better! He’s sweet too. Gotta find him a new home! Or he’s gonna end up on the kitchen table
