Can u eat duck eggs?

I was just thinking something else - my former MIL loved turkey eggs best of all.

If you are ever curious to know, you can eat those, too.

OH YUM....I just LOVE duck eggs! Both DH and I prefer hard boiled duck eggs over chicken eggs. We'd gone without duck eggs for over 6months---and one of two of our young ducks just started laying again last week and we hard boiled them right away!!!!

Bakers know that the secret for really fluffy, light cakes are duck eggs and that Goose eggs are even better! I know one lady who baked awesome wedding cakes and she shared her recipe with many and they all said they could never get it as good as hers....well, she told them eggs....but not what KIND of egg!!! That was her little secret!!!

Our secret for the best pancackes is to separate the yolk and whites....whisk the whites and fold in just before cooking. FLUFFY!!! and yes, goose eggs work even better than duck eggs
