Solved Can't change Profile Picture to a Specific Picture.

So, I'm trying to change my profile picture. I've tried saving the picture multiple different ways, but I keep getting the same error.

I saved a different picture (my current profile picture) in the exact same way. It's the one labeled 'Nutmeg' in my screenshots (The one I'm having trouble with is labeled 'Yuki') I don't get an error with 'Nutmeg' - only with 'Yuki'

They're both jpeg files. I saved them in the exact same way: Open the photo in a new window, right click, click 'save image as', then entered the name.

I'm using Edge on a Lenovo laptop. I have good internet connection as well.

Is there a way to fix this? Why is this happening?

This one is showing what I do right before the error. I go to my profile, click on the 'edit' button over my profile picture, the little box opens, I click the 'Choose file' button, and choose the picture.

When I click 'Open', I get this error

I click the little x in hopes of it working anyway, then click 'Okay' but I still get the error.

I just realized that I can't.

Now I'm really confused!

I had to take this screenshot very quickly. I can start it downloading, but then it quickly adds the error.

Do you have any photo editing software? If so, open the file in that software then save it as a png or jpg.

I changed it to a png but it still didn't work (same error message)

The file you are trying to upload/attach doesn't work because it's actually a webp file, not a jpeg file like the file extension says.

I have a couple of solutions for you.

1. Open the file in MS Paint and do a "save as" as shown below:
