Cherries?

Could I feed my chickens cherries? I'm wondering if the pits would be a problem.

Cherries are fine. I have a wild plum tree and they eat them with no problem, pits and all.

ha!! my chickens LOVE cherries. we dont have a cherry tree but birds will sometimes drop them when going by our house. its like capture the flag except with a cherry, it is hilarious to watch

They really liked the cherries and they LOVED the leftover oatbran cereal from breakfast. I put some on a pair of tongs and hung them in the run. They went wild!!! Looks like I'll be cooking for the chickens instead of the children

My chickens sometimes eat the marble sized cherries off this old tree whole. They have been fine.

JUST REMEMBER CHERRYS STAIN!!! My leghorns looked like they had dried
blood on them and you all should have seen the white fence.
