Chick 3 Weeks Old Noticed Issue Around Eye

Hello! This is Elsa she is 3 weeks old and today I noticed some blood on her face and around the eye, I am not sure if it is from the heating plate/ brooder plate or if the other chicks have maybe been picking on her? I have 6 chicks total and I have a pretty spacious brooder for them. She is the only one who has it and wondering what I should do?

She may have scratched herself or could be from being picked at.

Wipe/clean the blood off of her and looks for any scratches, cuts, wounds and/or bugs.

Put her back with the others and observe to see if the others are picking at her.
