I have 4 chicks that are 4 weeks old. One chick has been scratching herself A LOT for about 10 days, her belly, legs and neck-to the extent that her neck is almost bald 
I cannot see pests (mites, lice) on her, although I do see pale yellow crusties at the base of some of her feathers. They are in a big metal trough with shavings that are cleaned out regularly. I would greatly appreciate any ideas about what this is and recommendations on how to treat her. P.S. The other chicks are not scratching the way she is. TIA
