Chicken attacked- infection?

My sweet girl I presume was attacked by a predator Friday afternoon/ evening. She initially had a laceration on the back of her neck that had clotted blood on top of it. I’ve been cleaning the wound with chlorahexadine and saline wound wash and applying Neosporin to it. I’ve been keeping her separated in a dog crate (kept in my garage and occasionally out in the grass so she can still be outside in the cage). However I noticed today that there’s now a green film on the wound and am wondering if it’s infected or if it’s just bruised and healing. She’s acting normal, is eating and drinking, has been eating some bread and laid an egg yesterday. Believe it or not it does look better than it did- it seems like the skin is starting to cover the wound again.

I don't have a lot of experience with wounds, but it doesn't look too bad to me and I think the green is bruising. If it doesn't smell bad (a clear sign of infection) I'd be optimistic that it's healing ok.
