Chicken with possible damage to beak is wheezing

Only treat if you see the yellow discharge from her nares or swelling. Treat for about five days 2x day. But don't treat if there are no symptoms. She may have only had clogged nares from food and other stuff getting into them.

If the symptoms get worse, face swells, if the hen get lethargic she will need a stronger antibiotic. Tylosin, usually in powder form mixed into the drinking water. That also should be available over the counter in pet stores, feed stores and online.

Excellent! She's breathing so much better this morning, though she starts sneezing when the backdoor opens

Sneezing is a reaction to irritants in the upper respiratory tracts, not necessarily an indicator of infection. Wheezing is also a reaction to irritants obstructing the entrance to the airway at the back of the throat. They are not necessarily symptoms. Dripping or discharge from the nares, bubbling in the eye, and facial swelling are symptoms to be concerned about.

Ok, she sounds so much better today, just a very feint noise while breathing in right after laying an egg. It's too quiet to catch on camera.
Thank you so much for all the help btw, I was worried she wasn't going to make it! She's so much happier today
