chickens straining to make bowel movement, whistling sound while straining, vent gleet?

i dont have any other bird with a problem. he has been with 9 brothers since i bought him and they are all fine. he squeaks, like a dog toy, just before he poops. i dont have a vet to take him too. i thought he was dead today, i fed him fluids every 30 minutes today, he is now standing, still squeaks and holds his head down like he cant stay awake. i just dont know what to do.

oh and i started giving him corrid tonight

Corid is a good first try. Antibiotics are the next thing I would recommend (though that is difficult these days to obtain unless you stockpiled something last year).
