What dose are you using (just to make sure it's correct)? You can also give them a dose orally for up to three days
in addition to the medicated water. Dosing for that is here:

If they are not drinking well on their own then I would also give them the medicated water orally several times a day to make sure the medication is getting in them. There are some strains that are reportedly becoming resistant to amprolium (corid) and those strains may need a different medication, a sulfa antibiotic or toltrazuril. Corid has always been effective for me.

Some strains are more virulent than others, and can do more damage to the digestive tract quicker.
