Cockerels or Pullets?

I have 2 Lavender Orpingtons, age 13 weeks, they haven't crowed yet. Is that unusual? I am wondering now if they are Pullets. Can you tell from the pictures?

Cockerels, they're too red at 13 weeks to be pullets.

This is my 25 week old pullet, I would say yours are male for sure.

Yep, they're both cockerels.
