Crowing Hen, or Rooster?

I see another person posted today about their barred rock. Can anyone tell me if this is a rooster, or a confused hen. We were guaranteed pullets, but this 13 week old barred rock has us thinking otherwise as it has been crowing the past few days. It’s tough for me to tell when compared to our other barred rocks being new to chickens this past year.

It's a cockerel.

Definitely a cockerel. You can see the male specific feathering coming in.
