Do chick hens (~3 or 4 weeks) fight/stand off each other ?

Hi, I have a a few baby chickens that are mixed. They have a buff Orphington, mom and a barred rock dad, my question is do female chicks spar off or really or have chest to chest dominating behavior? I know this is common in male chicks, but I wasn’t sure if that’s the same with female chicks. It has been a while since I had female chicks.

Trying to determine their sex by behavior and appearance. Both are hard to do.

Yes, chickens of any sex will chest bump and spar to some extent. Males just tend to do it more, especially after a certain age. Specifics depend on the individual chicken.
