Chickens very rarely do well with amputations and tend to have a lot less function compared to other animals since they always require a prosthetic. Losing a leg is a lot tougher if you only have 2 instead of 4. If it’s affecting her behavior and based on the tumor size I would imagine it’s probably spread already which would make an amputation pointless.
You all you can really do treatment wise (that I know of) would be to try giving her aspirin for pain relief until she passes.
Will do that. I hope i gave her a comfortable life in her last days of life. Thank you

It may be a melanoma, which is malignant, unfortunately. If she dies eventually, you can get a diagnosis most times from having your state vet do a necropsy. Sorry. Melanoma in chickens has that very dark color that you can see in the following pictures:

Melanoma is scary. If thats what it is hope she dies without much pain. Black lesion looked like a scab that could developed after a friction or any other damage. I fealt the boundaries of it and it was right on top of her skin but after all i am not a expert.

I agree the black could be a scab, but it is hard to know exactly what it might be for sure from a picture. No vet or surgeon can diagnose a tumor or any tissue without a pathologist who looks at cells under a microscope. Here is a list of most state vets to contact for details about price and what must be done:

(Found a better photo if anyone is interested) Thank you for your kind reply. Unfortunately i am far from States. I am from Turkey. I will take her to a veterinary faculty in the first week august. Hope she will do ok until that
