"Duck & Chicken egg French Toast"

Best used with older not fresh bread.
Heat cold pressed extra virgin olive oil in pan.

Mix eggs with & ingredients Spices:
Real vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Ground clove
Allspice
Kosher sea salt
Can add a table spoon or so of milk.

Allow each slice of bread to become soggy, use large spatula to scoop slices and place in pan.
Toast each slide of bread on medium heat, lower heat & continue to turn bread to allow center to fully cook.

Before removing from pan add small dab of butter to each slice and flip at least twice to soak up butter.

Add another small dab of butter once removing from pan onto plate.
Top with real maple suryp & serve warm.

I used 8 slices of bread. 3 duck eggs & 2 chicken eggs. 1 tablespoon of vanilla & cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, ground clove, allspice. 1 teaspoon of salt. 3 tablespoons of butter. ~1/4 cup of oil. Suryp to taste.
