I think the grey one might be a cockerel, and the white ones are pullets..

But, I'm not 100%.

White ones are pullets I believe. And the black/grayish one is too hard to tell. If you have a better photo of its face and feathers it would be easier to tell!

All are super cute though

I'm leaning all girls, as I don't think I'm seeing any male specific feathering.

I agree, a better photo of the dark one would help. But I'm thinking if they're that old they're possibly all pullets.

They're all looking like pullets to me.
No bright coloration, no rusty patches, no spiky saddles peeping-
