EE 10 9 or 10 weeks?

I have 2 lovely EE, they are a little skittish but friendly nonetheless. I actually love nothing more than looking at everyone's pictures and I can't help but see the differences in what age mine should be versus what I see on some threads. I purchased the chicks (my first time with them), on July 3rd from a Wilco Farm store. They did say sexed pullets up to 90% accuracy. I am, however, having some difficulty with them. SOOO I will reach out to the chicken experts to determine what we think they may be, a he or a she I do believe one is a pullet and one is very suspect as a "he". First photos are of my baby Sugar and the Second is the more curious and friendly Taco. Neither is crowing, though they are establishing pecking order amongst the other chicks purchased with them. I will also post a pic of the size they were 3 days after I got them, so maybe we can determine actual age? I am assuming they could swing a few weeks in either direction.

I really hope so, because the first one posted goes toe to toe with what I believe is a buff orpington cockrel pretty regularly and she is so much smaller than the buff

Pullets will spar too. The comb is small and pale at 8 weeks, so that's what I'm judging by.

Agreed, both look like pullets.
