Egg left out in 20 degrees

I need some help. My silkie was sitting on an egg and the other chickens kicked it out of the nest. It has been 10 hours since I checked on her, so it was in this timeframe. The temp here is 20 degrees fahrenheit.
My question is will the chick live?
I have separated her now, but I'm afraid it's too late

Unlikely in my experience. Once the incubation has started temperature variations become important. Bin the egg.

With any luck she will go broody at a more appropriate time of year and can try again.

Developing eggs can be off heat for a bit, but I'm afraid 20 degrees for a few hours would be to long. You could candle the egg to confirm.
