Favus?

I have a chicken with a patchy powdery like face. Pretty sure it’s favus. Seems everyone suggests anti fungal creams/ointments. But I as wondering if Blue Kote would work as well. Seems it would stay on the skin longer.

Blu-Kote is anti bacterial/anti fungal. I've dealt with Favus but never used Blu-Kote. I used Miconazole. Since Favus is a type of ringworm (fungus), Blu-Kote treats ringworm.
