Hey, y'all!
It's hard to believe I've been a member of BYC for a year now! Lots of things have been happening on the farm lately...
One of the bunnies gave birth to eleven babies. That's a record!
Seven out of seven fertile eggs at one time. Also a record!
And sadly Fwoof's sister Hertie passed away a few days ago. It was pretty clear for a few days that her time was coming, and she died peacefully in her sleep. She will forever be in my heart, and she is now a Silkie Angel with her sister.
Anyway, on this thread I'll be sharing pictures, updates, and anything chicken related. Periodically, though, most likely this thread won't turn into one of those crazy ones with 10,000 replies!
I want to thank all the wonderful people here who have helped me through the wonderful experience that is raising backyard chickens. I'm very grateful for all of it.
