Goose hatching help

So, we have two little hatched geese that might need some extra help, one of them was in the first pipped egg, it's very weak, has trouble standing, and sometimes trembles a little. He was inside his egg for a long time before I was able to gently help him out but it's been 24 hours since hatching. He tried (key word tries) to move and stand but mostly falls on his back and lays there like he's too tired. I've brought some water to him to drink and added some supplements like others in the goose forums have mentioned for weak hatchlings but any advice would be great. Also, don't know if it's related but he's got what looks like a big scratch on the top of his bill, he had it since he was hatched and we don't know where it came from. See the white "streak" in the photos.

The other gosling hatched way faster and has lots of energy, sits up nice, and loves looking around, but has a "red bulb" by where the yolk sac was and as per the advice I've seen on various other forums I've placed them in a cup to keep him from moving around too much and tearing it open till it can go away. Aside from this he's high energy and generally happy and healthy looking.

Any advice or suggestions would be amazing, until then I'll keep doing my best with these little squeakers. Not sure how long I can keep the second one contained though, he keeps jumping out 😳
