I’m not seeing the liver. The picture on the right is the gizzard. The one on the left looks almost like a lash egg, but may be fat. Was it attached to anything? Does anything peel off of it? With fatty liver, and that is a good possibility, the liver may be tan or putty colored instead of red. A blood clot may be seen around the liver in fatty liver hemorrhagic disease. The picture at the bottom could be a tumor. Do you have other pictures of organs?
