I have three EE chicks that are approximately 1 month of age. I'm a bit poor on guessing genders until they get a bit older but I'm curious as to if my thought process on them is correct.
This is the eldest of the three, and I'm leaning towards female.
This one has the exact same feathering as the above pictured bird. Large feathering on the tail. I'm assuming that this one is also female? The only thing that threw me off is that this chick seems to have a slight red/pink tinge to the comb area whereas the one above has no sign of coloring in the comb area.
This is the last one out of the group. This one has very little tail feather growth but is the the same age at the other two. I've heard that males tend to have slower tail feather growth than ladies, so I'm assuming this one is male?
Really just looking to see what you all think or if I'm anywhere remotely correct on the genders of these guys.
