Hatching silkies

I think i have a problem.. my silkie hatched a chick yesterday and when i took the rest of the eggs out to see how far along they were. one egg looked 10-15days!!! will my hen lay on it that much longer?? im so worried. it looks so close :( I dont have a incubator. shes laying on the egg and the baby still so thats good. the baby is far along where i can see the feet but its not that dark yet!!

The egg that is behind the rest will most likely quit, or hatch later.
Do you have another broody you can squeeze the Straggler under?
 
i do not. I think what happen my other silkie layed a egg and she took it as her own and I didnt see.
That's why we mark the eggs with a certain color, so any eggs that aren't for hatching can be removed.
