Help I may be in the wrong forum crossbeak chicken

I have a young chicken and he has a cross beak ,I filed it down once but may have did it wrong so I am asking now.his bottom beak crosses over almost sideways. I would really appreciate help on how to do this to help his and what do I use to achieve results?

In many birds this is a progressive condition that worsens to the point that the bird can no longer eat. Filing/trimming both the upper and lower beaks and feeding moistened feed in a deep dish can generally lengthen their lifespan. Good luck.
