Help. . I think my hen has a broken egg inside her

My three year old RIR is acting lethargic and her tail is dropping and hanging low. She went under the coop tonight instead of roosting in it. I've noticed runny poop with what looked like egg yolk in it. Her vent feathers had some yolk on them. Any suggestions on what I can and should do for her?

Mine passed a grape sized egg the other day that was clear inside, then passed runny yolk. I worried about egg shell broken inside. I did give her a warm soak, and I put her on antibiotics. I think the best thing I did was give her fluids by tube. It always helps to keep a patient hydrated so the mucous linings stay moist. Hope things go well.
