Help identifying gender of bantam chicken

Update: Definitely a girl, I finally found where she was laying her eggs along with her sister. These two had decided for whatever reason that they didn't want to lay eggs in the chook house and so have been sneaking out somehow and hiding them under a bush, which I found when her sister went broody and didn't return to the chook house tonight. Thanks so much for all the help!

That is one strange-looking female, in the most beautiful way possible! I would absolutely love for there to be a breed whose appearance is exactly like that.
