I remove my hatched ducklings when they are up walking around
Usually around 4-6 hours

I leave mine in up to 24 hours. I have personally have not have problems caused by chicks bumping eggs. Eggs in the nest get moved around when chicks are hatching.

It won’t hurt anything
I just like to get mine out
Many leave them till all the babies hatch and it hasn’t done harm

I’ve moved them since some where in 24 hours, none of the other 24 have hatched or zipped.

Don’t worry to much yet
I have had babies hatch over 3 days

Incubators get cold and warm spots that can cause speeds or delays
What day are you on ?
With no external pips yoy can candle the eggs to see what’s going on
They will not shrink wrap as they aren’t open
