Help what’s wrong with my baby chick

My chick is 2 weeks old showing some head tremors.
Its otherwise doing great.
I had it on medicated feed for week one and non medicated feed after week one. Nutri drench since i noticed symptoms 3 days ago.
Not gotten worse nor improvement
Only one doing it

Not sure about the bird, but you need to post on YouTube then input with the media button

By tremors do you mean shaking head for a few seconds at a time, then carries on normally, then shakes head for a few seconds again? I got a silkie like that the two times I got chicks/eggs from a particular breeder who I am not going back to.

I would get some Nutra Cell and give them that for water every other day. Mine never outgrew it but they're fine.
