Hen wheezing, gasping for air and sneezing/ coughing

Thank you! I did. Both looked normal to me but to be honest I don’t know if I would know what abnormal would look like. Didn’t look enlarged. She is actually still in the freezer. Need to dig a hole to bury her. It’s very rocky on my property, need to get the backhoe on the tractor. So I still can look at something if it would help figure out what happened to her.

You would likely notice something off with the liver and heart if you examined her.

I'm not sure if you would be able to tell a lot after the body has been frozen. Freezing can change the color, texture, etc. of organs. You could try when you're ready and see if you find anything else.
