Yep, they look exactly like some of the gray broiler pullets I got this year. At 12 weeks I would say those are definitely girls. Colored broiler cockerels have big combs and male specific feathering by 3 months old.

But not to scare off the original poster, these meat strains are not the same as Cornish cross. They should live longer and be fine in a regular flock.
