How soon is too soon?

Hi there! I am set to receive some Cornish cross chicks the end of March here in PA. My question is question is, how cold is too cold for them if I decide to use an outside brooder?

They just need one spot that is warm enough from a brooder plates or light. The rest of the brooder can be cool.
