This is my first year of owning chickens the back of the coop faces SE and no wind goes through that way because of a low bushy tree and a fence the front on the NW gets some because it’s connected to my run which my shed is in front so it doesn’t get lots the NE side gets wind but the SW side doesn’t because of a hedge so idk what to do we might get snow soon so any ideas Btw I have cold hardy breeds

Typically its just verify venting is appropriate and adequate and preventing winds, i.e. plastic sheathing around the run. May want to invest in a water heater for their needs as it will be less bothersome for you. I always used chopped straw for run material to keep their toes off the cold ground (Live in the NE). Wind and ventilation are the 'big' things as chickens when fed correctly are little furnaces.
