I'm not seeing any barring in the plumage of that bird... Barring is a dominant trait that a male Barred Rock would always pass on to all of his offspring. I'm also not seeing yellow skin, as both Brahmas and Barred Rocks should have, and so all offspring of that cross would have as well. It's unlikely with those features that the Barred Rock fathered this pullet, unless of course he's not a pure Barred Rock.

Well he was one from marks happy hens who’s a known breeder (he passed away last year) around my area and he’s been breeding chcckens for about 30 years and he gave us a pure barred rock

If the Barred Rock is definitely pure, then he also cannot be the father of that pullet based on the traits she has.

Well she has barring but there’s no white in her
