I have two hens not going in the hen house before the door closes at night and temps are getting really cold...

I had two of my young girls (4 months) suddenly start trying to roost outside on the first REALLY cold and windy night we had (got down to 1degF) I went to check to make sure they were all in the coop and realized two were missing. After putting them into the coop for a couple nights, I decided to go out around dusk and try to catch them when they first went to fly up onto the outdoor roosts, and chase them down and directed them through the auto doors. Did that two days in a row, and no problems since. These silly birds.
