ID on a rooster?

This is another rooster I have. Similar to the first but slightly different. What does everyone think on him? These photos were taken on a tablet and the quality doesn't do him justice at all.

Do Easter eggers have beards?
Easter Eggers are mixed breeds, and have no standard appearance at all, though muffs and a beard are commonly bred into Easter Eggers because they give off an adorable appearance that will make potential buyers want to purchase them more. It is effective because muffs and a beard are super cute.
