Is this an Easter Egger? Might have gotten mixed up at pick up

Yeah, I'm not sure what she is. Maybe she is an EE. But the seller just got some EE babies in that look like EE and I'm exchanging her tomorrow. I feel a little bad about returning her because she's a cutie too but just not what I'm looking for. I don't want to end up with a high production breed (I had a Red Sexlink die from EYP at 1.5 years old in Dec 😔) or a white bird. Really want the muff and beard and colored eggs and a docile, friendly breed.

Just exchanged her. The seller says she's actually going to keep her for herself! So that makes me happy.

Now check out the new baby. Look at that mane! And a born snuggler and very confident!

She has yellow legs but with her coloring and muff and beard, am I right to assume she is indeed an EE?

The first bird looks like a 'color pack' pullet. They're a blue/green egg laying hybrid, and and definitely high-production. From the crests I think the hybrid must be legbar-based, but I'm sure they cross them with leghorn, or production browns. Glad you got what you wanted, and that the pullet found a good home. I'm not a crested breed fan myself!!

Any updated pics?
Yes! She turns 5 weeks tomorrow. This was from a couple of days ago. She's still got her baby fluff head but she definitely has the typical EE color and pattern! I was hoping for a lighter coloring but of course I love her no matter what! She's a cutie always moving and talking!
