Lump on left wing

Our chicks became around 3 months old and are healthy but one chick has a lump on its left wing and is a great concern for us. If you have any knowledge regarding this lump please let us know..

When we touch that lump, it feels hard, yet the chick doesn't react

I'm really not for sure what it could be. You could try poking it with a needle very quickly to see if it bleeds.

that lump looks like warts and was bleeding because that chick pecked itself

Gotcha! I wouldn't worry about it then. As long as it doesn't grow as the chick gets older and it's not causing him pain, then I'd just leave it be.
