Mille de Fleur Bantams

A friend of mine bought some chickens that were advertised as Mille de Fleur bantams. Everything about them looks like the breed (color, bearded), except they do not have feathered feet. What breed might the actually be?
 
as far as I no mille de fleurs are not a thing. I think you mean mille fleur barbu d’uccles. If that is what you mean then it could be a barbu d’anvers, barbu de grubbe or barbu de watermael. Please post photos
 
Mille fleur is a color, not a breed.
If them look very similar to mille fluer d’Uccles they might be mille fluer Belgian d’Anvers.

Hey guys I have these that are around 6 weeks old . I figured I would post a picture of the 2 . I was told the lighter one is a Porcelain and the brown one with black is Mille Fleur.
