Hey guys I noticed my Cayuga was limping really bad in our flock, I checked for bumblefoot and no bumblefoot, my next conclusion is a sprain or break in her leg. I separated her from the flock and put her in a kennel with food water and bedding so she won’t have the ability to walk on it much. We also have a rooster and chickens that share the same run and they’re a little mean so I didn’t want them to chase her which I’m sure probably caused this. Anyway now she’s panting and acting kind of weird. Could it be because she’s in a lot of pain? What would you suggest I do? Does anyone have any tips other than a vet?
