I can sympathise with your temperature, the temperatures here have been increasing a lot in the 20 years we have lived here. When we arrived the max was 28c (82f) but last year the max was, like yours, 41c. We have a large golden retriever and he was beside himself. Thank god for air con.
We had to shut both dogs and both cats indoors and the hens had misters with trays of cold water filled with an ice pack with sweetcorn and watermelon. The misters were on non stop. Before they went to bed we hosed down the concrete around their house with cold water which helped lower the temperature temporarily. Nightmare !
However the wine here is good
