We're on day 21 of a small incubation of BCM using our Kebonnixs incubator. When last candled they were fine, Temp and humidity have been good, etc. We have never had an entire batch of eggs not hatch. Should we wait a couple of days before we candle/float test/ toss?

I wouldn't be worried for awhile yet, since it's only the first day of hatching. When you last candled had they internally pipped yet if you could tell through the dark shell?
Also Try to open the incubator as little as possible to prevent any changes in temp/humidity. If no one has externally pipped after the next few days, you can candle and add a safety hole just above where you see the bill inside the air sac (only if they've internally pipped), so that they have extra air to finish absorbing their yolk sack. If they still haven't started zipping after 2 or so days you can make the hole bigger, to about the size of a dime.

Yes, wait. I hate to think how many perfectly good eggs have been discarded because people think that chicken eggs only hatch at 21 days. The reality is that they can be two days or more early or late for different reasons. So be patient.
